• How soon will I get my racket back?
• Select our Overnight Stringing option, and we'll have your racket ready the next business day (including Friday to Saturday). Otherwise, we usually have your racket finished 3 business days after you drop it off.
• Where can I drop my racket off?
• Drop your racket off in Lehi.

• What tension should I use?
• Most rackets have a tension or string weight range printed on the frame, such as 'Tension: 52-62 lbs'. A heavier tension offers better control with less power, while a looser or lighter tension offers more power with less control. If you're uncertain, we recommend choosing a tension in the middle of the range printed on your frame.
• Do I have to order online?
• We take orders online or via phone or email.
• What forms of payment do you accept?
• We currently accept only cash or check, though we may begin accepting credit cards soon. Please let us know if paying by card would appeal to you.
